The staff is OUTSTANDING; they are always so helpful and caring. We receive phone calls to check on the kids after procedures, and the kids enjoy getting an occasional note in the mail. The staff knows our kids by name and the kids are always greeted as soon as they walk in the door. The personal relationship they have with all their patients is really nice. I feel very comfortable at the office because they know what is going on.
